Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and talented Junior Law Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background, excellent research and writing skills, and a passion for the practice of law. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual looking to gain hands-on experience, work closely with experienced attorneys, and contribute to the success of our clients.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Passed the Bar Exam
  • Strong legal research and writing skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated commitment to professionalism and ethical conduct.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategy and decision-making.
  • Responsible for the management of clients’ files from inception to close.
  • With the assistance of senior counsel will create own book of business.
  • Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and contracts.
  • Assist senior attorneys in case preparation and management.
  • Attend client meetings, hearings, and court proceedings as needed.
  • Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and third parties.
  • Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations relevant to the firm’s practice areas.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and insights.
  • Perform administrative tasks related to casework and firm operations.
