Your Responsibilities:
- Assisting in company and investment fund formations
- Analyzing current legal legislative processes and case law
- Preparing legal opinions
- Providing support in cross-border structuring advice
- Communicating with supervisory authorities, notaries, and clients
- Preparing newsletters and presentations for clients and expert lectures
- Analyzing changes in laws and their impact on clients
- Examining and assessing legal documents and national and international contracts
- Supporting clients in the administration of their companies (Corporate Services)
Your Profile:
- Successfully completed legal state examination, preferably with a focus on commercial and company law or comparable, European qualification
- Interest in European capital market law and cross-border transactions
- Independent, reliable, and structured work approach
- Goal orientation, combined with high-quality standards, performance, teamwork, and communication skills
- Fluent in German and English
- Proficient in common MS Office applications
