Your Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in company and investment fund formations
  • Analyzing current legal legislative processes and case law
  • Preparing legal opinions
  • Providing support in cross-border structuring advice
  • Communicating with supervisory authorities, notaries, and clients
  • Preparing newsletters and presentations for clients and expert lectures
  • Analyzing changes in laws and their impact on clients
  • Examining and assessing legal documents and national and international contracts
  • Supporting clients in the administration of their companies (Corporate Services)

Your Profile:

  • Successfully completed legal state examination, preferably with a focus on commercial and company law or comparable, European qualification
  • Interest in European capital market law and cross-border transactions
  • Independent, reliable, and structured work approach
  • Goal orientation, combined with high-quality standards, performance, teamwork, and communication skills
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Proficient in common MS Office applications
