You will be able to shape Raisin’s culture and have a significant impact on the L&D future at Raisin, by designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive learning solutions for the entire organization.
The L&D mission at Raisin is to offer development for all. As a (Junior) L&D Manager / Trainer, you will be responsible for coordinating, delivering, and tracking various learning and development activities. You will carry out skill gaps analysis, assess capabilities, and satisfaction.
You will also work with other locations within Germany (Hamburg, Frankfurt, Munich), in Europe (Madrid, Manchester) and worldwide (NYC), thereby turning L&D into a key player to promote one Raisin culture globally.

Responsibilities:

  • Independently design and facilitate team building activities, brainstorming sessions and soft skills workshops, including monthly onboarding days for new joiners.
  • Partner up with different subject matter experts in the organization to create engaging e-learning content (SCORMs), and manage them via our LMS Leapsome.
  • Create, assign and thoroughly track mandatory training learning paths for different entities and legal/audit requirements at a global level.
  • Research, experiment and implement the latest learning solutions, by understanding current needs and anticipating future requirements.
  • Ensure an excellent learning experience and take action to continually improve our standards by offering high-quality and interactive solutions.
  • Be a trusted advisor for employees regarding their development.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing within the organization.
  • In collaboration with the rest of the People & Culture team, identify innovative ways to positively impact the employee journey at Raisin.
  • Support the collection and organization of data related to learning initiatives and employee feedback.
  • Manage administrative tasks related to training programs, such as scheduling, registration, and communication.
  • Curate internal L&D communication and branding.
