HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

We are seeking a recently graduated HR, change or organizational development professional, preferably with a background in Learning and Development. Ideally, you have a couple of years of experience within a global organization or consultancy, with a proven track record in developing and implementing HR or learning initiatives on a global scale.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Junior Learning and Development Consultant, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Maintain and develop Arla’s global digital learning platform.
• Manage, set up and promote courses and other learning offerings and support the delivery of learning and development sessions and events – face-to-face and virtual.
• Support learning needs assessments of the business, helping to identify the most effective strategies to meet development needs.
• Provide ad hoc support in administration, coordination and recruitment for Arla’s induction programme and activities within Arla Futures (Arla’s graduate universe).
