WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

You’ll bring superb written communication skills along with an uncanny knack for sense-making and attention to detail. You’ll be working in a team/project-based environment, so you’ll need to bring your personal organisation, interpersonal communication and collaborative A-game.
This role would suit someone who’s down to earth, with experience in marketing, internal communications, design or similar roles – but if you can make a case for how your experiences and education mean that you’ve got the skills for the role, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

You will be supporting the design and development of innovative learning solutions and will have the opportunity to:

  • contribute to creative and innovative learning solutions for clients
  • develop new skills and enter the world of learning and development
  • support needs analysis and concept generation on assigned projects to ensure solutions are designed to achieve clear learning outcomes
  • work with the Product Design team to identify and utilise the most appropriate technology and delivery medium for the learning solutionensure all deliverables meet the required quality standards at each stage of the design and development process.

  • This entry-level role supports the Learning Experience Design team and works with our Digital Design team to create learning solutions that engage learners and produce tangible outcomes for our clients. As a Junior Learning Designer, you’ll support design leads on conducting needs analysis and coming up with creative learning solutions. From there you’ll help flesh out those solutions by working with clients and subject-matter experts to develop storyboards, scripts, etc.
