Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Legal Team to provide legal support for the Bank’s different business lines and departments in Luxembourg and in Europe
  • Ensure the analysis, legal research, and writing work of the Legal Team, in terms of compliance with the Bank’s standards and security, while developing a practical and solution-oriented approach
  • Be involved in negotiating and drawing up contracts as well as other documents of a legal nature
  • Assist the Legal Team to advise the different business lines in monitoring and following up on legal and regulatory developments in their field of business
  • Monitor legal and regulatory developments in Luxembourg, at European and international level that are likely to affect the financial sector
