• You are a recent graduate of the Master of Laws or Master of Economics or have some years of experience in law practice or as an in-house lawyer
• Good English and Danish skills
• You are pro-active and independent

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Master of Laws or Master of Laws for our office in Copenhagen, starting as soon as possible.
As a lawyer at TMF, you will come into contact with a large number of large international companies that demand pro-activity and decisiveness. The tasks are versatile based on our clients’ needs. The position offers good opportunities to learn all the legal aspects of running a business in Denmark. There are good career opportunities both in Denmark and internationally.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Establishment of companies, branches and administrative units
• General corporate governance
• Handling our clients’ obligations – including compliance such as holding general meetings, reporting annual reports, AML, registration of beneficial and legal owners, etc.
• Dialogue with banks, accountants and lawyers on behalf of clients
• Legal solutions for our international corporations in Denmark
• Client management
• Assisting company management with legal and administrative matters
