As the successful candidate, you will have experience in an administrative capacity, with a background in the legal industry highly regarded. Due to an internal move for career progression, we are searching for an enthusiastic Junior Legal Assistant to join our Litigation & Dispute Resolution team on a full-time basis.
This exciting opportunity will allow you to gain valuable experience in a firm with a well-established history. With direct access to Partners and Senior Legal Assistants, you will be able to grow and develop your skills in a fun and dynamic environment.

Whilst each day will be different, key elements of the role will include:

  • Secretarial support for high-volume general administrative tasks;
  • Word processing, typing and amending documents and correspondence;
  • Day to day filing, scanning, copying and saving of emails and legal documents (both physical and electronic files);
  • Taking messages accurately and directing them through appropriate channels;
  • Diary management for authors, including booking meetings either in person or virtually;
  • Weekly financial reports for authors;
  • Domestic travel arrangements;
  • Processing of credit card reconciliation and reimbursements;
  • File opening and closing; and
  • Time entry, monthly billing and reporting.
