YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE:

• Be responsible for corporate reporting.
• Assist in drafting and reviewing corporate documents, including board/shareholders meeting minutes, power of attorneys etc.
• Draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts.
• Participate and support legal team in audits.
• Provide training to the business on legal topics, ensuring that employees and key stakeholders understand our legal landscape.
• Provide legal support with ad hoc legal matters.
• Support in implementation of compliance topics.

In order to be successful in the role you have:

• Law degree from a Nordic country.
• No previous experience is needed.
• Fluent in Finnish and English. Preferable also Swedish (not a requirement).
• Strong organizational skills.
• Business minded.
• Self-starter mentality.
• Proactive.
• Team player
