MAYDAY is proud to support a highly reputable multi-discipline law firm with the recruitment of a Junior Legal Secretary.
A fantastic opportunity for an individual with 1-2 years legal admin experience who is looking to secure a position which will allow them to develop a long-term career and grow within a pioneering and forward-thinking law firm.

Main responsibilities include:
Provide administrative support directly to commercial and workplace practice groups.
- Ability to handle pressure and prioritise tasks efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and fast, accurate typing skills.
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
- Capable of working independently and collaboratively.
- Positive attitude and proven flexibility and adaptability.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite for editing and formatting extensive documents.
- Tasks include opening files, court filing, and preparing briefs.
- As a member of the admin team, you’ll assist all practice groups and handle overflow work.
Maintain office procedures and protocols for various administrative activities.
The ideal candidate:
Minimum 1-2 years’ legal admin experience.
- Completed a Cert III in Business (Administration).
- Attitude is key, we are seeking a hardworking, driven and professional individual.
- Highly computer literate and a strong administrator.
- Excellent time management and prioritisation skills.
