We use latest technologies in the field of natural language processing and text mining to automatically classify thousands of insurance documents per week and extract the relevant information for our customers
We build the tools and pipelines to scale out our Document AI across the company and facilitate plenty great use cases

What It Takes
Very good bachelor’s or master’s degree or PhD in computer science, engineering, machine learning or related fields
Python literacy and optimally additionally TypeScript literacy
Optimally first experience building, deploying and maintaining machine learning services in production, for example through coursework, projects, or internships
Linux literacy and technical experience with development and deployment technology, such as git or docker
Creativity, drive and the ability to master complex technical problems and learn new tools
Ability to synthesize complex technical topics to business stakeholders and to understand their requirements
Fluency in English (C1) and basic knowledge of German (A2)
What You Do
Implementing and optimizing machine learning models, document classifications, and information extraction tools
Becoming an AWS Cloud expert and ensuring smooth system operation
Cultivating data and CI/CD pipelines for easy deployment and reliable production tools
Collaborating closely with IT and system administrators to establish and maintain data science infrastructure
Being part of an experienced data science team that has successfully developed and deployed numerous machine learning services
