An effective Risk Management (RM) and Internal Control System (ICS) helps to recognized and mitigated risks to the company in a timely manner. It facilitates legal compliance, supports transparency in decision-making, and provides assurance that processes operate as intended.

The Risk Management & ICS team provides the appropriate methodology and works closely with the organization.

The aim of the role (Junior) Manager Control Excellence & Data Analytics is to embrace analytics and digital enablement through better tools, data and insights.
Your assignments

• You take over the technical development of our Process Mining App to identify control gaps and ensure the consistency and quality of the results
• You build the bridge between IT and business by deriving process-based analyses and insights from process mining and data analysis tools
• You drive the knowledge transfer and development of process mining and data analytics in the area of RM & ICS
• You technically support the holistic data-based risk analysis and continuously develop our (simulation-based) risk aggregation model
• You facilitate management reporting by automating data preparation and visualization, e.g. via Power BI

Your profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, (Business) Informatics, (Applied) Data Science or comparable studies
• Keen interest in big data, data mining, and process mining as well as high motivation to keep developing analytical thinking skills
• In-depth understanding of business processes (Procure to Pay, Quotation to Cash, Finance, etc.), and authorization concepts
• Sound knowledge of SAP (FI, SD), SAP ERP data structures, and PQL (SQL)
• Strong “hands-on” mentality, quick grasp, and ability to work structured and independently
• Ability to prepare and communicate complex connections in a user-friendly way
• Knowledge of Power BI, SAP BW and/or Celonis is a plus
• First experience with Lumivero @Risk (Python) and/or SAP GRC is a plus
• Fluent English skills; German and additional languages are a plus
