We are looking for a motivated Junior Manager (f/m/d) Advertising Media Buying – Europe to join our headquarters in Berlin. In this role, you’ll be part of the Digital Advertising & Media Buying hub in Europe, working on projects from both new and catalogue recordings and contributing to special projects across BMG’s new business interests. You’ll be planning, executing, and reporting digital advertising campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, run and evaluate digital advertising / media campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, Amazon, Spotify, etc. across GSA, France, Spain, Italy, Nordics, Benelux, and more as required
- Manage business managers and campaigns, and keep an organized system and structure of work
- Support in maintaining digital advertising infrastructure
- Work with digital marketing and product management teams to find the best digital advertising solutions, while providing flexible and artist friendly solutions in line with BMG’s core values
- Manage and build advertising relationships with partners like Meta, Google and TikTok, keeping up to date with changes and updates
- Support the education of stakeholders and promote innovation within the department
- Provide reporting of digital advertising campaigns as needed
