Responsibilities:

  • Assist the global HR team with the integration and support of our HR system, Workday providing first and second-level support for various issues and tasks and other HR-systems
  • Help manage and standardize global HR processes, including role assignments and tasks in Recruiting and Human Capital Management
  • Participate in Freudenberg communities and project groups, representing EagleBurgmann in the Recruiting and HCM Communities
  • Contribute to the ‘Workday Skill-Up’ initiative by sharing insights and lessons learned with the EagleBurgmann HR community
  • Assist with headcount reporting, help ensure data quality in line with Freudenberg best practices, monitor dashboards, give support with data corrections, and organize data quality reviews
  • Support the onboarding of new HR colleagues in collaboration with the local HR department and coordinate with IT for regarding interfaces

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience, with a minimum of 3 years in HR, ideally with Workday experience
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong business partnerships and collaborate across functions in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Experience in maintaining strict confidentiality of data and information
  • A structured approach to work with excellent project management skills and a proven ability to manage change
  • Outstanding communication skills and a willingness to work in a global and diverse company culture
  • Proficiency in Office 365 tools and strong presentation skills in both German and English
