Description:

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

While we are a crypto/blockchain company, previous experience in this field is very welcome, however not required. We hire talent and develop skill!

  • You have ideally a degree at a university or a university of applied sciences (e.g. Business Studies, Human Resources Management, Social Sciences…)
  • You have at least two years of practical experience in related roles
  • You have an exceptional drive and a high level of initiative
  • You are able to work independently and take over responsibility in a fast paced environment
  • You have excellent communication skills
  • You are able to put thoughts and ideas into documents and presentations
  • You have experience with Office tools (we use Google workspace) and HRIS
  • You are fluent in German and English
  • You may work from wherever you like, but are happy to travel once in a while to meet the team in person! Our People & Operations team is based in Munich, Hamburg and Frankfurt.

Responsibilities:

Since we are a start-up and the fact that we put our employees first, you can always grow and peek beyond your role so that continuous personal development is guaranteed. That being said, as part of our People & Operations Team, you will mostly:

  • Support daily business within the People & Operations teams
  • Support our People & Culture processes e.g. feedback cycle, people development
  • Manage our HRIS (Personio) ensuring data quality and improving our workflows and processes, e.g. payroll
  • Manage our recruiting process, including candidate sourcing, selection procedures, and onboarding
  • Coordinate team events and retreats that foster team building and strengthen company culture
