New Energy Nexus (www.newenergynexus.com) is an international organization that supports clean energy entrepreneurs with funds, business acceleration and access to networks. We operate programs in the USA, China, India, Indonesia, Nigeria, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Uganda and Vietnam.
New Energy Nexus started in Southeast Asia to build an ecosystem of clean energy entrepreneurs working on solutions to address this regional energy growth and the climate change situation. New Energy Nexus launched its Philippines program in 2019. We support energy entrepreneurs to create new innovative energy startups that will help to build the nation’s clean energy economy.
The Junior Market Research Intern collaborates with the program team, working closely with the Program Manager, Program Associates, and other interns. The Junior Market Research Intern supports the Market Research Team in conducting research on energy or climate-change topics. They assist in basic data analysis, data encoding, and may attend team meetings. They also perform other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

• Passionate about clean energy startups and innovation!
• Experience in conducting and compiling research
• Experience in the startup community, including accelerators, investors and entrepreneurship service providers is a plus
• Ability to work independently in coordination with Philippine NEX Team
• Professional fluency in Filipino and English
