Description:

The junior marketing and events manager will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns and events to promote the company’s products, services, and brand. This role requires a creative and strategic thinker with strong project management skills and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences to customers and stakeholders.

EDUCATION:

At least five years proven experience in marketing, events management or related roles, with a track record of successful campaign execution and event planning.
Experience in developing marketing strategies and identifying new areas of growth/income/exposure

EXPERIENCE:

Completed bachelor’s degree in marketing or communications or a related field.
A further qualification in copywriting will be advantageous

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
Implementing the local marketing strategy for TV and for all digital properties owned by the Group (and let by the group) as well as ensuring the on-going health and growth of these platforms
Lead the strategic objectives and interests of the marketing and events strategy
Plan, organise, and manage company events, including conferences, trade shows, product launches, and corporate functions when required
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives and events.
Taking the lead in writing strategic and creative briefs to managing production to building media plans
Managing all campaign development processes from start to finish
Create marketing collateral such as branding, digital assets, and multimedia content, to support marketing campaigns and events.
Collaborate with sales, tv and other departments to align marketing initiatives with business objectives and customer needs.
Monitoring the results of all marketing initiatives and reporting the success thereof to senior leadership and for developing best practices to foster, manage and track opportunities
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and events, including ROI, KPIs, and key metrics.
