Description:

We are seeking a Marketing Executive to join our dynamic marketing team. This role involves managing multiple brand accounts and leading social media and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong people skills, excellent timeline management abilities, and a deep understanding of social media trends and influencer marketing.

  1. Client Account Management :
  • Manage Key Client Relationships : Oversee 3-4 main client accounts, ensuring all marketing and communication strategies align with the clients’ objectives and needs.
  • Client Servicing and Communication : Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and maintaining strong, productive relationships.
  1. Social Media and Campaign Management and Execution :
  • Social Media Management: Develop and implement social media strategies for different brands, tailoring content and tactics to each client’s target audience, including planning and executing social media ad buys.
  • Copywriting : Produce engaging and effective copy for various marketing materials, social media content, and campaigns.
  • Ideation and Proposal Development : Collaborate with the creative team to ideate and craft compelling campaign proposals and presentations.
  • Campaign Coordination and Execution : Organize and oversee the execution of marketing campaigns from start to finish, ensuring all aspects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Budget Management : Assist in managing and tracking campaign budgets, ensuring spending aligns with client and managerial directives.
  1. Strategic Contributions and Pitching :
  • New Business Development : Actively participate in pitching for new campaigns and clients, developing compelling presentations and proposals to win new business.
  • Creative and Strategic Planning : Work alongside the creative department to conceptualize innovative ideas and strategies, ensuring they align with client objectives and market trends.
  1. Analytics and Reporting:
  • Performance Analysis : Utilize tools like Google Analytics to monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize strategies.
  • Reporting : The preparation of comprehensive reports for clients, detailing campaign results, insights, and actionable recommendations.
  1. Project and Timeline Management:
  • Deadline and Deliverables Management: Ensure that all project deadlines are met and deliverables are completed to the satisfaction of both the agency and the clients.
  1. Ad-Hoc Duties:
  • Support for Marketing Initiatives : Play a supporting role in ad hoc marketing campaigns and brand activations, helping to conceptualize and execute marketing and communication strategies.
  • Flexible Role Adaptation : Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities as needed, directed by the reporting supervisor or manager.

DESIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing or social media management, preferably in an agency setting.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics and social media advertising.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working collaboratively with clients and internal teams.
  • Creative thinker with a talent for copywriting and a keen eye for detail.
  • Familiarity with the latest marketing trends and technologies, especially in digital and social media marketing.
