Responsibilities:
- Serving as the primary point of contact for office-related inquiries and assistance, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment for all
- Liaising with the IT department to address office equipment needs and troubleshooting issues
- Providing a warm welcome to visitors, assisting with inquiries, directing them to the appropriate personnel, and ensuring their needs are met during their visit
- Supporting the onboarding process for new hires, assisting with paperwork, setting up workstations, and providing a positive introduction to our company culture
- Taking charge of office supplies, from paper to coffee and milk, ensuring adequate stock levels and a well-equipped workspace for all
- Organizing and planning office activities and celebrations, including parties, conferences, sports events, and other social gatherings to foster team spirit and engagement
- Bringing enthusiasm and energy to our community by organizing and managing events such as weekly breakfasts, meet-ups, and external events hosted in our office spac
