About the role
As a Junior Online Marketing Analyst, you’ll join a team responsible for the growth and optimization of D2C Mobile in-app monetization. We’re a customer-centric team that strives to balance excellent user experience with maximized profits. To achieve this, we continually optimize our flows to reach the right customers at the right time with the right message. As our team member, you’ll have an excellent opportunity to improve existing user flows and bring new ideas to life using a mix of analytic, creative, and strategic thinking. What You Will Do In This Role:

  • Collaborate with Manager to support new test & product launches, gaining exposure into end-to-end product development process.
  • Ideate and execute end-to-end in-app sales & marketing campaigns and analyse results
  • Map out and visualize the customer journey to drive experience improvements
  • Work closely with internal teams to unlock further growth potential
  • Report on performance periodically through business reviews
  • Leverage advanced e-commerce tools to support pricing tests and help setup the right price-proposition ratio
  • Cooperate closely with other departments like design, product management, operations, engineering, marketing, local experts, support, or business intelligence

What You’ll Need to be Successful in this Role:

  • Interest in Analytics, Digital Product Management, Digital Marketing, Product Design
  • Strong analytical thinking – experience with web analytics software (Google Analytics or other software)
  • Interest in online business, creative thinking, and technologies
  • Data-driven with strong analytical skills
  • Strong interpersonal & communications skills
  • Attention to detail in both creatives and data
  • Independence and proactivity to bring up fresh ideas and execute them from scratch

Length of Internship: 3 months (24th of June - till 30th of September)
