We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Junior Operational Services Manager to join the Upper GI Service within the General Surgery Management Team to cover a period of maternity leave.
This post offers an excellent opportunity for development, gaining exposure to a wide range of operational issues within the General Surgery Directorate.
We are looking for someone who would like to develop within a management role that is able to demonstrate excellent inter-personal and communication skills, with the ability to forge and maintain relationships. The ability to manage a busy workload, prioritise and focus on critical issues when decision making is essential.
The successful candidate will be expected to have some experience of working in an acute Trust and of operational management skills and experience of managing small admin teams as part of current role.
