Vertiv is looking for a Junior Operations Admin, EMEA, located in Cluj-Napoca, to join our Marketing team. The Junior Operations Admin will work closely with 50 marketing colleagues across EMEA to deliver purchase orders (50% of time) and with Marketing Operations Manager to help in standardization and optimization of different processes in order to make EMEA marketing more efficient in reaching its targets.

Qualifications:

• University Degree in Finance is preferred;
• Previous experience working in Accounts Payable or Procurement is desirable;
• Attention to details and good organizational skills;
• Competent user of Microsoft Office;
• Language Skills: advanced level of English;
• Problem solving skills;Willingness to learn;

• Monitors the general PO shared mailbox on a daily basis;
• Ensures the PO workflow is followed according to the process and it runs smoothly;
• Creates the Purchase Requisition (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO) in Oracle Donna based on IMP (Integrated Marketing Plan), entry and funded head requests;
• Prioritizes urgent requests and delivers the PO according to agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA);
• Highlights any issues related with the whole process, workflow, SLA or something else, to the EMEA Marketing Operations responsible;
• Works closely with EMEA Procurement, Finance and PO requesters to suggest improvements in the current process;Provides support to EMEA marketing community and works closely with the EMEA Marketing Operations Manager to optimize processes, reduce waste, and future continuous improvement to EMEA’s field marketing and central marketing;
