SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Basic understanding of securities settlements, including capturing, instructing, and monitoring orders.
- Knowledge of securities markets and custodian bank functions.
- Familiarity with SWIFT messaging, specifically MT54x settlement instructions.
- Foundational knowledge of Equities and Fixed Income products with an understanding of processing confirmations and settlements.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Basic German and fluent English proficiency.

Responsibilities:
- Support the execution of cross-border merger strategies from old entity to new entity for a leading bank.
- Assist in managing Investment Banking and Wealth Management products, focusing on Securities, Corporate Actions, Custody Services, Hedge Funds, Investment Reporting, Foreign Exchange, Collateral, and Data Management.
- Help ensure securities portfolios are transferred between financial institutions worldwide.
- Aid in the timely settlement of client transactions in global markets.
- Capture, instruct, and monitor securities settlement orders.
- Collaborate with custodians to ensure smooth settlement processes.
