SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Basic understanding of Corporate Actions event processing and reconciliation.
  • Knowledge of securities markets and corporate reorganizations (e.g., mergers).
  • Familiarity with SWIFT messaging, particularly MT56x Corporate Actions.
  • Foundational knowledge of Equities and Fixed Income products with an understanding of processing confirmations and settlements.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Basic German and fluent English proficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the execution of cross-border merger strategies from old entity to new entity for a leading bank.
  • Assist in managing Investment Banking and Wealth Management products, focusing on Securities, Corporate Actions, Custody Services, Hedge Funds, Investment Reporting, Foreign Exchange, Collateral, and Data Management.
  • Aid in the accurate creation, processing, and booking of Corporate Actions events.
  • Ensure timely client notification, instructions handling, and cash and stock bookings.
  • Monitor and reconcile Corporate Actions events, addressing any related issues under senior guidance.
