Description:

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

  • Basic understanding of securities markets and corporate reorganizations (e.g. mergers)
  • Previous experience, if any, in Corporate Actions event processing, remediation and reconciliation.
  • Expertise in SWIFT messaging, particularly MT56x Corporate Actions.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of OTC and ETD products.
  • Basic understanding of the Securities domain, including corporate actions, settlements and Reporting.
  • Proficiency in basic German and fluent English.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

ROLE SUMMARY

Having professional experience in Wealth Management and expertise in Corporate Actions? eClerx is expanding its footprint and seeking flexible, full-time Junior Operations Analysts in Corporate Actions & Income Processing. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Aid in providing Corporate Action and Income processing services; through custody operations.
  • Assist in the execution of cross-border merger strategies from old entity to new entity for a leading bank.
  • Manage Investment Banking and Wealth Management products, focusing on Securities Transfer, Corporate Actions, Custody Services, Client Services, Hedge Funds, Investment Reporting, Reconciliation and Data Management.
  • Ensuring event creation, processing and booking of events under guidance of seniors.
  • Ensuring timely client notification, handling of instructions, bookings of cash and stock;
  • Ensuring accurate reconciliation and remediation of any Corporate Action related issues.
