Description:

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience, if any, in investment reporting and accounting.
  • Experience in creating financial statements for investment accounting clients.
  • Strong background in data reconciliation.
  • Familiar with data and quality controls.
  • Basic knowledge of OTC and ETD products.
  • Basic understanding of the Securities domain, including corporate actions, settlements and Reporting.
  • Proficiency in basic German and fluent English.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

ROLE SUMMARY

Having professional experience in Wealth Management and expertise in Investment Reporting and Accounting? eClerx is expanding its footprint and seeking flexible, full-time Junior Operations Analysts in Investment Reporting and Accounting. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Aid in migration and set-up of tailor made Investment Reporting (performance & risk reporting) and Investment Accounting clients in a new system / environment under guidance of seniors.
  • Assist in the execution of cross-border merger strategies from old entity to new entity for a leading bank.
  • Manage Investment Banking and Wealth Management products, focusing on Securities Transfer, Corporate Actions, Custody Services, Client Services, Hedge Funds, Investment Reporting, Reconciliation and Data Management.
  • Create financial statements for investment accounting clients.
  • Support the data migration to ensure seamless transition
  • Perform data reconciliation to ensure accuracy and consistency of financial records.
  • Provide quality control and maintenance to ensure high quality on the data used within different departments for Performance and Risk Analytics
