SUMMARY

eClerx is seeking a team-oriented Operations Analyst candidate to join our team. We are looking for graduates with 0 to 2 years’ experience who can prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, have strong analytical skills and excellent communication. Operations experience in banking and financial services organization is preferred. This hybrid banking and financial services role offers a competitive salary and benefits package.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

  • Extensive experience in client servicing within financial and securities services, preferably in settlements and securities transfers.
  • In-depth understanding of securities and global custody products.
  • Strong F2B knowledge of Equities and Fixed Income products with processing knowledge of confirmations and settlements.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic German and fluent English proficiency

Responsibilities:

  • Support the execution of cross-border merger strategies from old entity to new entity for a leading bank.
  • Assist in managing Investment Banking and Wealth Management products, focusing on Securities, Corporate Actions, Custody Services, Hedge Funds, Investment Reporting, Foreign Exchange, Collateral, and Data Management.
  • Ensure smooth operations across the Front Office, Middle Office, and Back Office functions.
  • Facilitate the transfer of securities portfolios between financial institutions worldwide.
  • Monitor and ensure timely settlement of client transactions in global markets
