Description:

Blacklane is seeking a dynamic Junior Partner Acquisition Manager to join our Partner Acquisition team. We are seeking an ambitious professional with a background in the travel or ground transportation industry. The ideal candidate will bring experience in lead generation and acquiring new accounts, as well as partner onboarding.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound prospecting, and other relevant activities to identify new chauffeur service companies in your assigned territories.
  • Lead the acquisition, selection, and training of new partners while collaborating with senior colleagues for support.
  • Utilize business directories, web searches, and other data sources to research leads, reaching out to potential partners via phone/email, and meticulously record these activities.
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new partners through Blacklane’s onboarding funnel.
  • Ensure comprehensive documentation of all activities in your territories, providing regular updates.
  • Guarantee that all partners comply with legal requirements both pre and post onboarding.
