Join our team as a Junior Partnership Manager and start your amazing journey in the world of business relationships in the gaming industry. Your role will be to develop long-term relationships with partners and identify new cooperation opportunities. You will be responsible for regular communication with partners to understand their needs and expectations. Your tasks will include monitoring the performance indicators of partner activities and preparing periodic reports.

Responsibilities:
YOU’RE A PERFECT MATCH FOR THE ROLE, IF YOU:
- have at least one year of experience in a similar position
- know basic negotiation techniques and can build lasting business relationships
- can analyze the market and identify potential business partners
- have excellent communication skills and are a cooperative person
- are proficient in MS Office and can quickly learn new tools and systems
- are open to working on-site at our Rzeszow office during the implementation period
- knowledge of English is at least B2 level, both in speech and writing
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Establishing and developing lasting business relationships with partners and identifying new cooperation opportunities
- Regular communication with partners to understand their needs and expectations
- Tracking partner performance indicators and analyzing data on the effectiveness of partner activities
- Preparing regular reports on the results of activities with partners
- Maintaining excellent knowledge of the G2A offer
- Participation in trade fairs, training and gaming industry shows in accordance with company requirements
- Close cooperation and sharing knowledge and experience with other team members 1
- Tracking trends in the partnership industry and improving your relationship management skills
- Independently, proactively seeking solutions to emerging challenges to improve the efficiency of the team, company and customer service
