Responsibilities:

ROLE OVERVIEW:

Due to continuous growth at Medserv, we are actively looking for a Patient Administrator to join our Remote Practice Management team based out of Athlone. You will be working closely with a Medical Secretary, together ensuring you are meeting client expectations. On a day to day basis you will be dealing with a high volume of calls, from patients, secretaries, and other medical professionals. You will also be involved in taking payments, issuing correspondence as well as scanning and filing key documents.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Managing calls from patients, secretaries, and other medical professionals
  • Issuing correspondence to patients
  • Assisting with aspects of clinic management
  • Managing internal and external email queries
  • Working as part of a team
  • Dealing with ad-hoc duties as they arise
