Responsibilities:

  • Serve as an advisor for employees by handling questions and helping resolve work-related problems.
  • Analyze and reviews payroll data; ensures compliance with all applicable state and federal wage and hour laws
  • Employee benefits management in conjunction with the HR team
  • Responsibility for personnel administration and documents related to employment
  • Work with immigration attorneys to recommend and secure the proper visa for employees.
  • Compile and complete the necessary documentation to support the visa process
  • Screens and refers qualified applicants to the hiring manager for interviewing requirements
  • Entry employee medical examinations administration
  • Assists with new employee orientation
