Job Description
We are seeking skilled individuals to drive innovation across various domains, from developing risk and fraud models for renewable energy products to implementing ML-driven solutions for product quality assurance and predictive maintenance. Our primary focus is ensuring we deliver on our customer promise. Join us in shaping the future of analytics and making a meaningful impact.

At Enpal, you will:

• Play a key role in the entire modeling process, including data cleaning, feature engineering, model training, evaluation, and deployment.
• Bring not only an understanding of potential model-building pitfalls but also ideas for avoiding them.
• Engage in coding and participate in code reviews.
• Collaborate closely within a cross-functional team environment.

Qualifications
We are looking for roughly a 50% fit for what we ask. The other 50% is a surprise to us, it is the magic you bring to the table and the diversity in which you make us grow.

What you should bring:

• Excellent knowledge in SQL and Python, including familiarity with common Python data science frameworks.
• Prior experience in Data Science, task automation, data pipelines, and Business Intelligence is advantageous.
• Ability to work with diverse datasets and find elegant solutions for automation and analytics.
• Clear communication skills in English, with German knowledge as a plus.
• Passion for the energy transition and a desire to contribute to meaningful change in the solar industry.
• Eagerness to work in an empowering environment that values initiative and personal growth.
• Embodying agile and lean principles, prioritizing people and code over processes and documentation.
