Description:
REQUIREMENTS
- Successfully completed business studies (Bachelor / Master) or comparable qualification
- At least 1 year of professional experience with a focus on pre-sales or CRM management
- Passion for numbers and precision in dealing with data
- Analytical skills and understanding of sales processes and interest in the digitalization and optimization of processes
- Salesforce or comparable CRM knowledge and very good MS Office 365 knowledge
- Very good English skills

Responsibilities:
- Main interface between sales and marketing
- Enriching data in Salesforce with sales-relevant information and transferring it to the sales teams
- Understanding and selecting target groups for different marketing and sales scenarios
- Continuously analyzing and monitoring lead performance and adjusting strategies according to the results
- Tracking the most important lead management KPIs for specific sales regions using reports and dashboards in Salesforce
- Contact person for all lead management topics for one specific region and responsible for compliance with central guidelines
