OLIVER Live is the production team at Oliver. We provide an end to end production eco-system that inspires our clients that we are their best partner for delivering their production needs. The production team has an exciting and ever-growing footprint, and we are now looking to add a junior producer to our Dublin team. Our producers are very agile in production and should be able to switch between agency & line producing as required.

WHAT SKILLS WILL HELP YOU BE SUCCESSFUL

  • 2 years experience working in an agency / high volume production environment with a strong focus on client servicing.
  • Both project managing and line production of still and moving image is essential.
  • Strong relationship building skills: ability to deal with clients, internal teams and any kind of supplier
  • Keen eye for detail and out of the box thinking
  • Ability to work under own initiative.
  • Highly organised individual with an eye for detail
  • Innovative and willing to contribute ideas and professional opinion.
  • Work on multiple projects at any given time
  • Experience managing projects from briefing to delivery

The successful candidate will thrive under pressure with experience across multiple disciplines mainly including still, moving image and digital. You will be driven by creative excellence and confident to deliver whilst producing multiple projects at various stages of production.

  • Participate in briefings and meetings, supporting everything from consultation & support to production scoping through production to final delivery. It will also consist of applying production knowledge to forward planning/strategy, working with internal teams and client on implementation of content calendars, the execution, delivery, and closure of all projects.
  • Liaise, support and facilitate communication and tasks with design and post-production internal teams.
  • Work closely with account & project management teams to manage expectations around production and to deliver projects on time and on budget.
  • Tracking financial and MI data for delivery to Account teams for their monthly reporting.
  • Develop project plans and schedules to track project milestones.
  • Advise on project feasibility before creative ideas are shared with the client, flag any potential roadblocks in advance and work on alternative solutions.
  • Create accurate production budget and follow all finance processes (PO creation, invoicing, reconciliation, reporting etc).
  • Conduct client facing meetings to review status of all on-going projects including tracking costs and timings.
  • Liaise with procurement teams and internal cost controllers to follow set protocols in the delivery of production for that brand.
  • End-to-end production: organise, attend and manage PPM meetings and small/medium scale still and moving image shoots. This could include sourcing photographers/directors, crew, talents, models, locations, props, catering and working PPM decks, call sheets and risk assessments. Work closely with our video-producer/designers on post production & delivery.
  • Partner with third party production partners & suppliers to secure locations, equipment, props and any other production element necessary to deliver project specs.
  • Oversee the status of creative assets during all stages of production.
  • Deliver final assets and wrap up projects - cost reconcile time and third party costs on all jobs

Responsibilities:

ROLE MISSION

Oliver are looking for a junior producer to join the Oliver team. As a producer you will have had at least 2+ years experience of production departments. Ideally you will have experience of both production company and agency producing, demonstrating work you are proud of across still & moving image content production.
The role will be to triage, scope and oversee the running of production for a variety of prestigious brands. This role will be a client facing role where you will have regular face to face meetings with the client and work closely with them to deliver work.
