YOUR IMPACT AT CIRCULA

As a Junior Product Designer, you will be the voice of our users, advocating for their needs and continually seeking ways to enhance their experience with our product. You will apply your foundational knowledge of UX design principles, best practices, user journeys, and Information Architecture to contribute to an outstanding user experience. Working closely with the product team, you will assist in product discovery, which includes preparing and conducting exploratory user interviews with both existing and potential customers. (Our design tool of choice is Figma.)

Collaborate with the Product and Engineering teams to conceptualize new features.

• Apply existing design components, libraries, UX-patterns, and help us rebuild our design system to maintain a consistent and intuitive experience across our application.
• Learn and apply the skills needed to enhance design components when necessary (such as creating new UI components, icons, transitions, animations).
• Deliver actionable designs including user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for our various platforms (Web App, iOS, Android).
• Show a willingness to understand the accounting domain, bringing innovative ideas while respecting established industry practices.
