Responsibilities:
- Conduct Competitor and Customer Research: Perform detailed research on competitor products and customer usage.This involves direct interactions with customers to gather and prioritize actionable insights.
- Develop Content: Create knowledge base articles and customer-facing videos to support new product initiatives, enhancing user understanding and engagement.
- Coordinate Beta Testing: Lead beta testing for new features, responsibilities include organizing customer calls, documenting feedback, and providing necessary reports.
- Support Quality Assurance: Participate in pre-launch testing and post-launch validation of new features, ensuring a seamless user experience across our releases.
- Ad-hoc Analytical Tasks: Build and manage custom analytics dashboards, perform subjective quality testing, and conduct health-checks to support continuous improvement of our products.
