JOB DESCRIPTION

Cascade Aerospace is looking for a Junior Programmer Analyst who is equally enthusiastic about learning technical skills as they are about learning business skills. If you are interested in doing a little bit of everything from application support to full stack development to business analysis tasks, then maybe you are the person we are looking for.

EDUCATION

• College diploma or university degree in the field of Computer Science or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

EXPERIENCE

• 0-2+ years of experience in Information Technology.
• Experience/Education in Scripting and Object-Oriented Programming.
• Experience/Education with SQL and Relational database systems.
• Familiar with the following is an asset:
• ERP applications, such as Epicor or JDE.
• SAP SuccessFactors.
• SSRS/Power BI.
• SharePoint.

• Follow standard SDLC to develop, test, and maintain web and desktop-based business applications built on Microsoft technologies.
• Participating in peer-reviews of solution designs.
• SQL and Report development.
• Manage Application Support queue and resolve tickets.
• Provide in-person support for end users on a wide range of issues.
• Work with business users to translate user requirements into functional requirements.
• Write and maintain technical documentation.
• Proactively improve department procedures.
