Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning: Assist in the development of project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
  • Project Execution: Oversee the day-to-day activities of facility projects, ensuring they progress according to plan and are completed on time and within budget.
  • Vendor Management: Collaborate with external contractors and suppliers, managing relationships and ensuring they adhere to project requirements.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
  • uality Control: Monitor and enforce quality standards and safety protocols throughout project execution.
  • Budget Management: Track project expenses and ensure adherence to budget constraints.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with project stakeholders, including factory leadership and team members.
  • Problem Solving: Identify and address project issues and risks proactively, finding solutions to keep projects on track.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular project status reports and presentations for senior management.
  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute ideas and suggestions for process improvements and best practices in project management
