Vitex Pharmaceuticals is seeking motivated and early-career Laboratory Analysts to join our dynamic and growing Quality team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in assisting our Quality team in maintaining the highest standards and processes for product quality. This fast-paced role offers an excellent opportunity for career growth and development in the pharmaceutical industry.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field
  • Previous experience in a laboratory environment, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry (new graduates are welcome to apply)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures and protocols accurately
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate in a team-oriented environment
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine testing and analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products using analytical techniques
  • Conduct physical and chemical testing to assess the quality and integrity of pharmaceutical products, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards
  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and protocols for sample preparation, testing, data analysis, and documentation
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of laboratory activities, test results, and instrument maintenance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, quality control, and regulatory affairs, to support product development, validation, and regulatory submissions
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance laboratory processes.
