Junior Quality Process Engineer - Zoetermeer
Logoplaste is looking for a Junior Quality Process Engineer to join our Quality team in Zoetermeer. In this position your main responsibility is the Quality control measurements and analysis. At Logoplaste we strive for the highest quality and business excellence.

Key tasks & activities

  • Quality control measurement
  • Developing, conducting and directing Internal Audits for various departments in direct compliance to the FSSC 22000, HACCP and customer requirements.
  • Setting up control limits for quality characteristics.
  • Supporting Quality manager during their projects related to quality tasks.
  • Preparing data for specification review.
  • Compiling and reporting on a monthly basis on all QA statistics to the Quality Manager
  • Applying statistical principles to evaluate and solve process variability during qualification (CQV).
  • Controlling Internal / external NCR with root cause analyses and corrective action.
  • Controlling supplier chain (include Incoming deliveries), NCR´s, corrective actions.
  • Controlling COA / COC for external deliveries.
  • Understanding of problem-solving and quality improvement tools and techniques. This includes knowledge of management and planning tools, quality tools, preventive and corrective actions, and how to overcome barriers to quality improvements.

Who we are looking for…

Background and experience

  • Knowledge of Quality control systems
  • Knowledge with Quality and labwork
  • Experience with HACCP and Hygienic rules
  • Minimum 1-3 years experience in a similar position

Technical skills

  • Minimum HBO
  • English is essential both spoken and written (also Dutch is a preference)
  • Knowledge of HACCP system
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Also competent with sector specific software as Minitab or SAP is a preference
  • Knowledge of SPC, 5-WHY, PDCA, Ishikawa diagram is a preference
  • Knowledge about FSSC 22000 is a preference

Working hours

  • 2-shifts (08:00-16:00 / 12:00-20:00)
  • In exceptional circumstances flexibility required
