Position: Junior Quantity Surveyor
Location: Dublin
Job description
Due to our clients continued expansion our client require a Junior Quantity Surveyor to join the delivery team. The projects involve a wide range of clients in sectors such as Data Centres, Healthcare, Pharmaceutical and Commercial. This role offers experience of varied project work across different sectors and exposure to a diverse range of construction contracts.

Responsibilities:

To provide support to Construction Team and Senior Quantity Surveyor on all Quantity Surveying functions including, but not limited to the following:
Working directly with Contract Managers to advise on Commercial status of projects.
Assisting in the review of all project contracts
Assist the Senior QS with the preparation of Commercial Reports.
Negotiation with contractors across all projects including preparation of variations.
Manage major subcontractor accounts from initial award to interim valuation, variations and final account.
Assist the Senior QS with monthly progress applications.
All other duties associated with this role.
Skills and Requirements
Relevant third level qualifications are an advantage but not essential.
Previous experience in a similar role.
Ability to work both individually and as part of a multi-functional team.
Excellent IT Skills.
Demonstrates excellent presentation, verbal, written, and communication skills.
