Committed to sustainability and customer satisfaction, we are currently seeking a Jnr Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for quantity surveying functions on the project as directed by the Senior Quantity Surveyor.

REQUIREMENTS (SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE)

• Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying
• 3 Years’ experience within the Civil Construction Industry
• CCS/Candy Experience
• Buildsmart System Experience

• Measurement records and monthly payment certificates
• Change management measurements and valuation
• Inputs to monthly cost reports, cash flows and budgets
• Cost Control functions
• Subcontract administration
• Correspondence and Recordkeeping
