SEGULA Technologies UK are looking to employ a dedicated Junior Recruiter who is happy to support the UK team’s ongoing growth across Aerospace and Energy projects. This role offers the opportunity to work with us in Bristol (hybrid option available).
Reporting to the HR & Recruitment Manager, the role offers the right candidate the opportunity to support the development of the key strategies within the SEGULA Technologies UK.
Job Description

Playing a critical role in Talent Acquisition team, with strong links to the Business Development team, the successful candidate will be entrusted with the following tasks:

  • Partnering with the HR & Recruitment Manager, Engineering Hiring Managers, and our Key Clients to understand current and future personnel needs.
  • Creating informative, engaging, and inspiring social media content to increase our brand visibility.
  • Creating and reviewing job descriptions to ensure they capture role requirements and use inclusive language.
  • Supporting international projects with colleagues from SEGULA offices in other counties.
  • Leading on own UK projects to improve our recruitment processes.
  • Hosting and participating in recruitment events and supporting our diversity initiatives.
  • Screening applications against assigned projects
  • Conducting interviews with selected candidates.
  • Updating the ATS in real time.
  • Headhunting if required.
  • Producing various reports on a weekly, monthly or quarterly basis.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2 years of experience in a recruitment/sourcing role.
  • Understanding of engineering recruitment requirements.
  • Displaying strong competencies in the field of customer orientation, adaptability, innovation, and result orientation.
  • Desire to review, improve, create and follow processes.
  • Drive to continuously improve and challenge own thinking.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Experience and interest in leading on Diversity initiatives.
  • Interest in creating engaging content for social media.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Great listening skills.
  • All candidates will need to hold the right to work in the UK to be considered for this role.
