We are seeking a new teammate! As our newest Junior Recruiter in the Global Talent Acquisition function, you will join a small team of 2 supporting the business to expand our team of specialists in analytics, engineering, scientists, consultant & account managers. This is a great chance to develop your recruitment skillset further with varied work, a supportive team and truly amazing team culture.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience with recruitment processes & candidate management
  • Experience with scheduling or coordination of calendars
  • Ability & willingness to learn technical requirements for our roles
  • Experience with competing role priorities
  • Fluent/Native French Speaker

Responsibilities:

ROLE:

The Recruiter role is based out of our remote Canadian office, reporting into the Global Recruitment Lead. It will support a range of mainly technical roles (analytics, engineering, science & more!) as well as some commercial roles across sales, marketing, people, finance & operations.
Datatonic places an exceptionally high value on acquiring and nurturing top talent, and consequently in your role as a Recruiter, you will be a key person in helping the company to achieve its objectives. You will sit in the wider, global People & Culture team who also own employee happiness, company values, internal communications, diversity & inclusion, HR & office experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Attend & document job briefing calls with wider Recruitment team
  • Own job and candidate administration in our ATS (Greenhouse)
  • Actively source for talent using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Job Boards & Networking
  • Conduct talent screening calls with candidates for priority roles
  • Schedule hiring manager, task & final stage interviews with stakeholders across the business
  • Work towards managing end to end recruitment cycles, offers & some contract admin
  • Contribute & occasionally run People & Culture projects and initiatives
  • Represent Datatonic at job fairs, recruitment events and support talent marketing in general
