Role Overview: As an Internal Recruiter, you’ll play a crucial role within our client’s team, supporting the human resources department in their recruitment endeavours. Your organisational skills and proactive attitude will contribute to sourcing and welcoming the best talent to the company.
REQUIREMENTS OF AN INTERNAL RECRUITER:
- Exceptional organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- 1 year experience as Recruitment Admin
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Previous exposure to HR or recruitment administration is advantageous.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Positive demeanour and a collaborative approach to teamwork
Responsibilities:
- Assist in crafting and publishing engaging job advertisements across various platforms.
- Coordinate interview schedules and maintain effective candidate communication.
- Conduct preliminary candidate screenings and maintain an organised candidate database.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless onboarding processes.
- Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and contribute to report generation.
- Provide essential administrative support to the HR department.
