Devoteam is looking for an experienced Junior Recruitment Consultant to join our Recruitment team. As a Recruitment Consultant you will be responsible to manage our customers’ needs supporting the delivery and recruitment process of IT Specialists (Project Manager, Business analyst, Cloud, etc.).
Responsibilities:
- Several years of experience in the field of IT recruitment
- Experience with sourcing and reaching candidates through social networks (LinkedIn is a must)
- Ability to continuously generate a healthy pipeline of candidates
- Conducting interviews for a variety of roles
- Ability to multi-task and to manage priorities (manage multiple searches, and stakeholders, at different stages of the recruitment cycle at the same time)
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and spoken
- Goal oriented, self-motivated, driven with proactive approach
- Advanced Czech and English is a must
