You will work alongside our Lead consultant assisting sourcing high calibre candidates.This will involve creating and managing talent pipelines, conducting initial phone screens, and introducing top-tier candidates to our consultants for consideration. Additionally, you’ll assist with reference checking, resume formatting, job advertising, and other administrative tasks to support the team’s workflow. At the same time, you’ll have opportunities to learn from and collaborate with seasoned professionals in the field, honing your skills and advancing your career in the process.
