Description:
We are recruiting a passionate and energetic Junior Recruitment Executive to join our HR team at The Merrion hotel. The successful candidate will join our HR team and will facilitate the end to end recruitment cycle. You will be expected to build and maintain relationships with our department managers to ensure a successful and smooth hiring process across all departments of the hotel, specifically to:
Identify recruitment avenues
Advertise vacancies through our approved recruitment methods
Screen and shortlist CVs
Arrange and carry out interviews alongside HR and department managers, co-ordinate follow up interviews with successful candidates and managers ensuring accurate
records are kept
Conduct reference checks for all candidates prior to offer of employment
Make the offer of employment
You will also process work permit application and renewals and attend recruitment fairs in Ireland and occasionally abroad.
Days of work are Monday to Friday, hours of work are 8 per day during regular business hours. This particular role requires you to work onsite at the hotel in Dublin 2 on a full time basis. Currently this is non negotiable, due to the nature of the work involved.
The successful candidate will be a great communicator with a strong working knowledge of the English language and will be a strong multitasker. We look forward to hearing from you!
