Qualifications: Degree/Diploma in Retail Business Management/Design.
Experience: Minimum of 1 – 2 years’ buying experience in the Sports Apparel Industry.
Additional: • Proficiency in Microsoft Office. • Excellent planning, organizing, communication skills and a good eye for trends. Position located in Cape Town. Responsibilities:

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Attending pre line / strategy sessions with the brands to assess season requirements – prepared feedback on possible strategy options / category suggestions / competitive analysis to make informed decisions.
  • Negotiation with suppliers to secure best commercial outcome.
  • Forge strong relationships with key partners, influencing seasonal product strategies.
  • Select and range-build across genders and categories, ensuring commercial viability.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to maximize sales and meet margin targets.
