Total Tools Moorabbin is looking for a Junior Casual Retail Sales Assistant, who has a real passion for tools & trades. This is an exciting opportunity for you to utilise your current skills and experience within a growing and diverse business.
This position will suit a motivated individual with strong attention to detail and a focus on customer service. Working with a variety of team members and customers, you will have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build solid, long-term relationships.

• Maintaining store displays and ensuring a well-presented store
• Ensure all products are correctly labelled with the appropriate ticketing
• Basic Visual Merchandising practises: best sellers eye height, all vertical and horizontal lines on display, stock full and pushed to the front and in order of product/pricing
• Processing sales transactions
• Serve customers in store – provide advice and information on products or direct to appropriate team member
• Processing and maintaining customer orders
